GeoFeed

GeoFeed, a product of Vidar Networks, is a (beta) feed processing tool. GeoFeed is designed to help you quickly identify and extract geographical within the feed. A new feed is authored and returned that includes the identified geographical references within the item level category tag.

UPDATE: GeoFeed also offers an API version of its geographical identification tool.
